Looking forward to your first teaching job (which is just possibly 2 years away), what are your current career goals specific to being an outstanding music educator? What specific progress have you made towards accomplishing those goals?
Question Two:
Reflect upon your evaluation of the teacher disposition rubric. What are your overall strengths and weaknesses and what are your strengths and weaknesses that specifically relate to teaching elementary, choral, and instrumental music?
Question Three:
One year from today, you will be submitting your requests for elementary and secondary student teaching placement. In what ways are you actively cultivating professional connections with the larger music teaching profession in Colorado?

As an upper-division student in music education, you will be expected to set an example, both for students in our program and in the Colorado music education community. What strengths can you offer to our community that will be of value leading up to and through your student teaching?
